1. Acceptance

By installing or using LinkedIn AI Copilot ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Description

LinkedIn AI Copilot is a Chrome extension that adds AI-powered writing assistance to LinkedIn. It generates comments, posts, connection notes, and direct messages based on context you provide.

3. Accounts & Authentication

You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. We store passwords using bcrypt hashing — they are never stored in plain text.

4. Free & Paid Tiers

• Free: 3 AI generations per day, limited features.
• Pro ($12/mo or $99/yr): Unlimited generations, all generation types, style profiles.
• Pro+ ($25/mo): Everything in Pro plus priority processing and advanced style analysis.

Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing annual subscribers keep their pricing until renewal.

5. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Lemon Squeezy handles taxes, invoicing, and refunds under their own terms. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial-month refunds. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Extension for spam, harassment, or deceptive content
• Generate content that violates LinkedIn's User Agreement
• Resell or redistribute generated content as an AI writing service
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Extension
• Use automated scripts to access the API beyond normal extension use

8. Content Ownership

AI-generated content is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated text before posting. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or compliance of generated content with LinkedIn's policies or any third-party rules.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email (if you have an active account) or via the Extension. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
